It's Bean a While

I know what you're thinking.

"Hey, Chuck, it's been five days since the last post about your beans. How are the sproutlings doing?"

The suspense has bean killing you, I know.
Well, the answer is...they're AWESOME.

While they're not all that much taller than they were five days ago, they're filling in beautifully. So many new leaves!

I've inserted some bamboo skewers into the pot so I can start training the stalks to grow around them for support. It's like I'm teaching my beans to pole dance! I'm such a good bean-mom. Next I'll teach the guinea pig.

I'll say it again: You can find damn near anything
on Google Image Search.

We might get a bit of rain this weekend. My beans love rain.

Next five-day update is Wednesday. Try to hold on until then.

If you want to read (or re-live) the whole bean story, click on "Beans" under "Mostly What I'm Ranting About" on the right side of this page. Bookmark it, save it for your grandchildren. You'll be glad you did.

  1. Now I need to go back and figure out exactly when your beans started. They take 65 days to bear fruit and if you stick to giving updates in 5-day increments we can count on 12 updates, with the final taste-test being lucky 13.

You're thinking it, you may as well type it. The only comments you'll regret are the ones you don't leave. Also, replies to threads make puppies grow big and strong.
