This Is Only a Post-Stub

There is a longer post coming on this topic, but not tonight. However, I do want to get something new in your feed to replace the downer posts that have appeared here over the last couple of days. I'm really OK, especially since I've gotten so many nice comments and messages from my Drunkards. Thanks for that.

So the topic that will grow from this stub is: Tattoos. Which I don't have. Any. But...well, I mean, I guess never say never. Unless never. See, this is clearly something that needs talking about: Whether I should have ink-filled needles jabbed into my skin to permanently discolor my flesh. Gosh, that sounds not at all horrific.

Anyway, for now, here's this. I've been collecting images to illustrate my future ramblings about tattoos. This one is so cool I couldn't wait to share it. And it makes a better placeholder than Rape is a Real Jerk Move.

I give you a tattoo of Gizmo the Mogwai. We'll discuss this later.

    I'm curious to know where this is all going to go. I have 9 tattoos, and they are all unique and individual to me. I had 6 of them drawn and inked by a guy I've known since I was 11 years old after months of finding an idea of what I wanted, and I completely trust him. The 3 others, I picked a myriad of images and/or words and had the artist draw them up for me, based on what we talked about. I don't regret a single one of them!! However, getting Gizmo tattooed on me is something that will NEVER happen!

You're thinking it, you may as well type it. The only comments you'll regret are the ones you don't leave. Also, replies to threads make puppies grow big and strong.
