Yesterday I wrote of the death of actor Bill McKinney, whose claim to fame was the "squeal like a pig" scene in Deliverance. But he also had a great part in one of my favorite episodes of "Columbo," in which Johnny Cash plays a wife-murdering gospel singer named Tommy Brown. In the episode Cash sings the absolutely sublime "Sunday Morning Coming Down," and the song has been in my head ever since.
So here it is, as written by Kris Kristofferson and sung by the Man in Black on his TV show. The world misses your voice, Mr. Cash. Boy howdy.

You're thinking it, you may as well type it. The only comments you'll regret are the ones you don't leave. Also, replies to threads make puppies grow big and strong.
