I am so obsessed with this song.



Foster the People is an insufferable bunch of hipsters. Pretty poseurs, we would have called them in my day. But this song is AWESOME. Now yes, technically, it's about someone threatening to shoot a bunch of people. But you know it's not going to happen, because these guys would never want to tear their ironic t-shirts or dent their gelled hair by going on a killing spree. So they've just made this amazing song and this self-consciously cool video instead. Good hipsters.

Foster the People: Gorgeous little nothing band. "Pumped Up Kicks": Killer song. Two manicured thumbs up.
