Wanted: A Word for This Feeling

It's late where I am. It's the end of a long day.

Way too keyed up to sleep, though.
You know how we have the totally-a-legit-word "hangry" to describe hunger-induced anger? I think we need a word to describe when you're simultaneously exhausted but hyper-awake from working like a mofo at something.

Like..."exhited." Or "hypooped." Or "sleePINGPINGPING!!!"

I'll work on it.

Tomorrow I'll work on it. Right now I'm freaking tired. Yet wide awake. I'm "twiwake."

Yeah, not there yet.

I'm going to troll some people on Twitter, maybe, and then go to bed.

    Hypersleepy. That sounds too much like science fiction "hypersleep" though. I trust you to come up with something. I definitely know the feeling, though. All too often in my past it was chemically induced. That's not as badass as it sounds. I've never tried cocaine and won't for a lot of reasons. My drug of choice was Vivarin and Dr. Pepper. And then I'd get exhausted and lie in a dark room mentally screaming "WHY WON'T MY EYELIDS CLOSE?!?"
    Heroin would do the trick if I could just get over my problem with needles.

    I use the term "zoinked" for that feeling, but there's a pretty good chance nobody around me understands what I'm trying to say when I say it.

    I liked hypooped, maybe because my sense of humor is like that of a 10 yo boy. Anyone got a good fart joke? But don't ask me to pull your finger. I already know how that one ends.

You're thinking it, you may as well type it. The only comments you'll regret are the ones you don't leave. Also, replies to threads make puppies grow big and strong.
