A Tough Day for Lovers of the 60s

We lost two gentle, talented souls this week: Mary Travers, with her marvelous clear voice, and Henry Gibson, he of the impish expression and great comic timing. I grew up listening to Peter, Paul, and Mary and loving their songs. I remember first seeing Henry Gibson in The Blues Brothers (as the Illinois Nazi), and then later discovered "Laugh-In" repeats and just ate him up.

RIP.

You're thinking it, you may as well type it. The only comments you'll regret are the ones you don't leave. Also, replies to threads make puppies grow big and strong.
